Every day it becomes more and more difficult for anyone to parachute in and save the day. There is money bidet has, there are various ballot access issues, and ad in the fact that potential hero‘s are looking at this and saying uncle mo is moving the wrong direction. It is easier to blast negative narratives on the hero than build a positive narrative about them.
The time must be drawing near.
The longer they wait the harder this will be after they pay to get him to go. It's not a precedent they want to establish for the future. I think they have just decided to let him run and let the chips fall where they may.
