    Noobs.

It has ALWAYS been about turning gun owners on each other. They have always courted the old-timer bolt-action-only crowd, so they can use their opinions about AR owners against us. Numerous articles and blogs have been written about this subject.

Get the staunch traditionalists to speak out about the 'young punk AR fanboi's', and then use those talking points to show the fence-sitters how right the left is about banning 'assault weapons'.

Wake up. It's an agenda, and they're following it like a play book to revolution.

Id don't follow...could you spell it out for those of us who are a bit slower?

It is against Jewish law to hunt (cruelty to animals, slitting the throat of food, Talmud, Deuteronomy 22:4, etc.), thus Jews do not own firearms for hunting, but for target shooting or personal defense.

Biden's remarks are a deliberate attack on Jews.

What has the ADL or SPLC said in response?

Get a load of his new moronic statement...

Apparently he doesn't understand that 00 buck is one of the better penetrators in the firearms world, and that 5.56 is one of the least likely to cause collateral damage. But, since when has any militarized government cared about collateral damage?

For that matter, why is a man who instructed the nation to handle firearms with criminal negligence allowed to speak further on the matter?

Frankly, I am ebarassed that a man would advise his wife give two blind random blasts from a double single if she and the family were under attack.

You know, I'm not normally into "scary" black rifles, more of a vintage gun type of guy. But honestly, at this rate, the more the AR-15 is demonized the more I want to own one to scare my liberal friends.

STEP BACK EVERYONE, THIS MAN HAS A STANDARD CAPACITY MAGAZINE AND ISN'T AFRAID TO DEFEND HIMSELF WITH IT.

    To All,

The problem is with a certain minority of gun owners or hunters he is correct. There are folks out there who only see their way as "the right way" and anything beyond that is just unnecessary.

Look at the tremendously stupid statements made by gun store owners that have been posted about here. Look at the antiliberty statements made by gun owners on concealed carry, background checks, legally mandated training to carry, etc.

All of these statements undermine our civil liberties yet some gun owners cannot see beyond the end of their nose because it doesn't affect them.

As with many groups we can be our own worst enemy.

    Regards,

    Doug

Doug brings up the danger that we face if we do not adjust our attitudes. There are many people that want to bury their head in the sand and sit while they watch others oppressed. Those who like AR-15 rifles and hi cap pistols are on the front line right now. Many fellow gun owners/hunters/home defenders/ sportsman feel they do not have a horse in the race.

They foolishly comfort themselves believing statements like No body NEEDS an AR, and they will never come for my vintage single action COLTS. Maybe they think their collection of Winchesters are not in danger. I have been in conversations at national level shotgun events where groups of people will not stand for the 2nd amendments because they refuse to believe the gun grabbers want their $20,000 shotguns. They contend that people with AK47's are nut jobs anyway, and that will be the only people affected.

A gun grabber cannot/will not stop at worn out communist block small arms. They cannot even tell the difference. A priceless collection will be handled the same way as a worthless old blown up receiver. They will not stop until we are all at the mercy of the state, and are openly victimized by the lawless.
If we look at the gun grab in England, they even went through the museums and melted down gold and jewel encrusted guns that were given to Kings and Noblemen to be prized in their national heritage for all time. That same mindset will melt a Perrazi or Krieghoff just as fast as a broken chinese sks.

Personally, I rather enjoy Bolt actions, Lever actions, break opens and revolvers. But I am not foolish enough to think that letting the government have my semi auto loving brothers is going to give me any safety.

Hunters, sportsmen, shotgunners or any other high end firearm enthusists CANNOT believe the current government will stop at the low end gun owner. An out of control government will not stop until they have taken away every single right and confiscated every single privately held resource in the whole land.

I read somewhere (can't find the reference now) that often times when a politician says one thing, they actually mean something totally different than what they actually said. Probably not the case with all of them though.
With that said, could it be possible he really means hunters are upset with the leaders and their fascination of disarming Americans?

    To Actaeon (et alia),

Just my little tweak to the above:

First they came for the automatic weapons and I did not speak out--
Because I didn’t own an automatic weapon.

Then they came for the AK’s and AR’s, which they said they would never take, and I did not speak out--
Because I didn’t own an AK or AR.

Then they came for the High Cap magazines, which they said the would never take, and I did not speak out--
Because I didn’t own any high capacity magazines.

Then they came for the Low Cap semiautos which they said they would never take, and I did not speak out--
Because I didn’t own any semiautos.

Then they came for the revolvers and double barreled shotguns, which they said they would never take, and I did not speak out--
Because I didn’t own any double barreled shotguns or revolvers.

Then they came for my single shot rifle, which they said they would never take--
And there was no one left who could fight for me.

    And America died. RIP.

    Doug
