Zero chance? After watching Tal Zaks presentation on using mRNA I'm not accepting of that as a justifiable statement.
Much of the discussions both pro and con about the mRNA vaccines revolves around trying to control the language of what is or is not gene therapy, to stomp on information that is unwelcome and gets rather vehement. So when people call it gene therapy (see link below) other people get upset. At this point what I do know for certain is two things, that with the presently available information, the jab is not yet justifiable and that people on both sides of the argument have huge emotional investment in their positions. So I'm in wait and see mode, the only justifiable position.

mRNA can't get into the nucleus. It has no way to affect human DNA. You're being peddled bad science.

From what I read, there's plenty of room in there!

Chip, I understand what you're saying. I'd read what the CDC and some pro-vaccine corporations have had to say on the matter (what you said). And as I indicated what I can't agree with is the zero part.
As regards whether mRNA can create genetic alterations and whether or not taking the jab is justifiable right now, we're talking apples and oranges, it's two topics not one.
Without sticking a toe into why the bank bug was unleashed and whether or not vaccines are included in the why's, voluntarily participating in a test program for an untested vaccine (ie, being the test animal) isn't justifiable yet. We don't know yet. But we do know about horrible things that have been done to populations of people with vaccines. So no, not yet.

Being an old fart, I decided to get the vaccine in spite of some reservations. Just got my second shot of Moderna vaccine today so I am done with it for a while at least. I worked for 35 years at a large clinic and talked to a few specialists that I knew there about it and I came to believe that in my case the risk involved from getting the vaccine was quite a bit lower than the risk of getting the virus.

Six thousand people. A city of six thousand people, an entire year later, is buying spy drones to make it easier for the police to run around and club people for being outside or being too close to other people.

    Madness. Shoot it down.

With the easing of COVID restrictions, I feel that this was a cover for some public officials to listen to their inner authoritarian and buy new toys to "observe" their "subjects"

It says - "An individual’s data is kept secure and confidential at all times."

 :lol2::lmfao: That's a good one. Good thing they have such a great reputation for honesty.

Will they be required to visit nursing homes? I'm guessing no.
