This is why i usually dont start these feeler threads, lol

Setting up a Meet and Greet can be a frustrating and sometimes thanklesstask. However, it take a person with initiative and some organizational skills to make it happen.

I suggest you let the thread collect ideas for 2-4 days.

See what date and time seems to work best for you and a majority of the responders. (You can't find a date that meets everyone's schedule! Don't worry.)

Then set a date and time and go with it. Even if others suggest changes, it's usually best to go with what you set the first time.

And thanks for your help. :yesway:

It might work by starting a poll with the dates, and track preference. Maybe add an additional entry for "it doesn't matter to me".

    Just an idea...

If there are no objections by a little later tonite, I will make it "official" and post it in the Events Forum..

Great suggestion, I'll give it a couple days, see what's what, and go from there :)

Not that it matters...think that I/we might be busy on Memorial weekend Saturday.

going to be a lot of out-of-towners around, too. That means restaurants / bars / etc will generally be busy.

My vote would be another weekend than Memorial Day weekend.
