Longbow, make it the best day ever with your father. I've always considered this to be another lessen we learn, to be strong and at peace. Sending prayers and may all your memories of him always be at hand.

I definitely will have you and your family in my prayers. I dont know what its like to be in that situation but i can imagine it is hard. I know God is with you though and he gives us strength when we trust in him. God bless

So sorry to hear this, but so glad you can all be together in this difficult time. I will be praying for your family and that your father may go to his maker peacefully.

Thoughts and prayers sent your way.
My mom passed away a year ago. I left my job and stayed home with her. Hospice CNAs and nurses were great support. I know what you're going through.
It's sad but make it the best time for your dad, family and yourself as you are able. No regrets; no guilt. It's a loss you don't 'get over' but it adjusts day by day. Love is stronger than death.
I feel for you and family.
    God bless.
