Seems fair. I've been kicked in the sack by plenty of judges.

Well, not sure how much pull he has, being a "matrimonial judge in Jamaica".

It's a podcast - season two was devoted to analyzing Bowe Bergdahl. I (*and several other INGOers) found it quite interesting. With no military experience to go on, I can't fully comprehend the full magnitude of him just walking away.

I did. First, it had a serious editorial slant. Second, the guy has mental or emotional problems. Third, many of those problems may go no deeper than being a self-absorbed jerk to the nth degree. Fourth, he wasn't exactly treated as a collaborator by the enemy...not at all.
Last, Serial is a big factor in my correct prediction of no jail time.

All that establishes is that he missed the memo indicating that the Taliban was not accepting applications for membership from enemy personnel at that time.

Unpossible. I was told police are above reproach when it comes to carrying firearms.
