Anyone know of or have any experience with DSA Inc.? I am looking to replace my fixed carry handle upper with a flat top and I can get a complete upper for about 400.00

I looked through the classifieds to see if anyone was selling uppers. Figured if they had a good barely used/new I could take it off their hands, lol! Everyone needs money for new toys!
