AR-15 and M-16 Show And Tell

I had wanted one for a while, but I decided it was time to get my "homeland defense rifle" while the gettin was good. I'm happy with the Armalite - the Eotech is nice but not as great as I thought. My eyesight is not perfect so the 65 moa ring is a little fuzzy, but the center dot is fine and as long as it is turned down, it does the job.

I have the same rifle, Very reliable and a good shooter. As has been said, you should invest in some sights in case the Eotech fails. In my case, I bought flip ups to become efficient with before I buy optics, and I honestly may not ever get optics.

It does sit different than the other just a bit.
It has stayed locked in tight though
I keep wondering when the locktite will give in

I put a new rail on my bushmaster today, it's a Daniel Defense EZ Carbine. Locks up very tight and it's light in weight! I like it very much!

I like the top rail, it fills the gap to the upper! I also put a Urban ERT sling on it, it's awsome!
