She'll be short term unless she finds a way to come to terms with the NYC machine. You can bet that the machine is already at work cutting deals that will prevent what happened to their candidate the last time from happening again. The local issues she campaigned on will be neutralized by the machine, she'll either play ball or lose out in a future primary. She was elected because of local issues and can be retired just as quick once the machine fixes the local problem.
