The allegations have not been proven but she had millions of primary cash, unusual for a political neophyte. I did read that JD looked for districts to place bets on and AOC won the unthinkable. The incumbent was expected to replace Pelosi.

I haven’t been able to verify it independently, but it’s been reported that JD, and possibly Cenk himself interviewed AOC while searching for a “social justice” democrat to run in the primary.

She different in that there is zero attempt to masquerade the socialist agenda as there has previously been, at least previously they would at least try to fool the ignorant with phrases such as "democratic socialism". She represents a fundamental shift in the level of ignorance that exists and the all out assault on America by the communist party, their complete lack of reverence for Americans and that they are no longer trying to be subtle. This Indicates the enemy has moved to full scale insurgency to destroy the republic, that they no longer fear the consequences of attempting a coup, that they know they have enough plants in place that their goal is achievable... or at least they think it is.

Chip has a point, but it looks like interviewing people in heavy D districts so they can find a bat-**** crazy fringe progressive, with zero political experience, to challenge the incumbent D seems to be a new tactic. But was that process really any different from how TEA Party Republicans came about running Mourdock against Lugar? If that was anything like an interview process they should have asked him a bunch more rape/abortion gotcha questions.
