Anybody going fishing today?

Can't take it any longer I'm gone fishing... If all goes well I'll post some pics when I get back.

Got the boat ready to rock, but I don't think I'm gonna head out after all this rain....maybe tomorrow.

was going to, but we slept in, made some pancakes and are watching fishing shows, waiting for the rain to move in

You guys didnt miss anything today. I was shore fishing at a pond trying to get a 4 year old into afew fish. I saw tons of little bass along the bank but only managed to get 3 hooked with live bait. They would all turn on it then swim away. Its a bad day to be fishing when 10 inch bass are thumbing their noses at a live worm!

I had my 6 year old daughter with me today and only managed to pull in one little guy. She had one on the line but it broke her line so no first fish for her yet. We only stayed out for a short time so maybe it will be better when I go back by myself. I started out with a large hook baited with chicken liver on the bottom but no dice so I switch to small lure that's when I got the one little guy.

Caught 2 2 lb
3 1 to 1.5 lb
2 hrs

4 of those on green Swim jig with orange tail
1 on green Rattle trap

Muddy conditions
Rain/mist

Had to workem hard, all near the bank, sittin tight, near cover.

Bass that is....

This morning right after i got off work at 6AM. 3lbs 3oz on a berkley scale. Caught with a live bluegill. She still had a different bluegill tail hanging out of her throat.

I caught this one today in the afternoon on a red spinner. Caught in White Lick in Avon about 50 yards north of where the bridge used to be. Was hanging out in a shady spot and hit on the first cast. over 4 pound but not quite 4 1/2 so right now I'm telling peeps it is 4 1/2 you know rounding to the nearest, tomorrow this will be a 5 pound fish

I am at work looking at the retention pond behined us (small lake really haha) and see a few people fishing................. sigh..............

I am trying to get out today with my family to the paypit on the southside. They got pretty good fishing out there and if anybody wants to meet out there pm me.
