    Easier than reaching your hip?

That is as far as I'd have to go, so why am I not in the news?

Must be LGS. Yes, that is it! Lazy Gun Syndrome...

You're not alone brother; I too suffer LGS. In spite of all the times I have been cut off in traffic, dissed in the store, had stupid people say stupid things in my presence, had my boss or my co-workers **** me off, etc, etc, etc. I've just been too damned lazy to start shooting.

There. I've said it and I'm no longer going to hide it. I'm a lazy gun owner.:patriot:

Who'd have thought being close minded and uninformed could become a career choice?

You can’t reason with these people. They have no conscience or self-awareness. Their sole focus is the sexual ecstasy they experience holding the power of death in their hands. They have all sorts of justifications for this fixation, but it boils down to their gonads.

    He's talking about politicians, right?

JohnRJohnson most accurately describes criminals (I'll leave it to you to include/exclude politicians). He certainly isn't talking about law-abiding gun owners, because if we were so stimulated by "holding the power of death", then we wouldn't wait for someone else to trigger it's use (in most cases, never actually using it on another human being).

Someone should point out, that not only is the 2nd amendment being ignored there, but also the 4th and 5th.

Ask if there are any others that will be ignored.

Would it be in bad taste to mention Lexington and Concord?

A definite parallel. We're the same age Act, I think we'll live long enough to see something really bad play out. We might be retired, but I think we'll see it.
