Police say the accident occurred at about 12:35 while 22-year-old Nicholas W. Durnil, Washington, was waiting in the parking lot. He was wiping down a .40-caliber Glock handgun when it accidentally discharged sending a bullet into his left thigh..

My question is: What could an ObGyn be doing with a .40-caliber Glock that required it to be "wiped down" afterwards? :n00b:

Well that's it - I'd better get on the classifieds and sell my .40 before it "accidentally goes off" all by itself...actually I'm looking at it right now sitting on the desk...is it going to go off if I keep staring at it? This is getting scary...

Man, I just bought a Glock too. If I knew it would fire when the trigger is pulled I would of thought twice about buying it.

The good news: he did this while in a doctor's parking lot.
The bad news: it was an ObGyn.
