Was probably the same guy who thought he'd take care of that pesky shotgun recoil by bracing his shoulder against a tree!

FTA: "There was no rushing him to the hospital. There was no Devon left when I got there," said 25-year-old Cody Staples, who called it an accident.

I'm wondering if it blew out the bottom, exploding his head like a over-ripe pumpkin, or if the tube recoiled into his head (also with squishy results)?

yep I figured that out. I figured if I cant fix them then ill go for banning them. send them all to California to live. then they can make all the laws they want and keep them over there. far away from me.

    Newsflash: fireworks are dangerous.

I know I always like to put explosive charges and burning metals in the hands of morons and small children at least once per year.

A guy at a gun range nearly blew his hand off when he dropped a mortar (firework) in upside down and grabbed the tube to toss it away from the others on the firing line. They aren't something to take lightly for sure.
