It's a liberal rag, so just reverse all of the socialist research they put into it. The "worst" states for guns are actually the best.

    haha, this is right.
What a ridiculous article. I like the first comment in response below the article, which was spot on.

Funny that Leonard Steinhorn didn't mention anything about crime rates in his list of most intimidating states. Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana and Mississippi have relatively low crime rates in comparison to places like LA, NYC, Chicago, Washington DC, especially since carry laws have been adopted. Even funnier that the article indicates the author, Leonard Steinhorn works at American University. You've got to be kidding me!! American University is in Washington D.C. Ol' Leonard is spouting off from one of the places that annually competes for the highest annual murder rate in the nation????? Apparently he feels safer in places that give him the highest chance of being murdered. What a moron.

    a professional BS artist?

Either that, or someone who's down with sharing, and hugs, and unicorns.

I don't think he got the message, I think the Party wantsus to have guns, and other sharp things...

What school? Big school or small?

Major university? Purdue is not as bad as IU. Yale, Harvard or some of the big universities are far more into thought control. But then Cordova put diversity offices into every department at Purdue to act like a Gestapo.
Anderson University, and before you comment, you would be surprised how prevalent the liberal mindset is there.

Within the last 10 years? Over even the last 5?

What about how if you comment the wrong way you can get disciplined or even thrown out of the university?

No, I'm older than dirt. I graduated in 1965. And from Hanover College, a small liberal arts school of (then) about 1000 students.

I see your point...it wasn't anything like that when I was in college, and I think there's a lot more of it now.

Tip: When your kids are ready for college, check out Hillsdale College in Michigan. There they will be taught the Constitution and values that are basic to Americans. The college accepts no federal money.

So what percentage make it out without being brainwashed or indoctrinated? Given how Rohm Emanuel was able to get elected by going to the educated class over the workers or poor, it appears that far too many are coming out of universities in lockstep with the democrat party.
