any chance for a complete list of what was done to that rifle and all the extra's?

    Sure!

    Egyptian Maadi RML PARS Import
    Tapco G2 trigger
    US Palm grip and magazine
Rifle Dynamics M4 stock adapter with B5 Systems SOPMOD Bravo
IWC QD sling mount (rear) Noveske KeyMod QD mount on handguard.
    Tactical Link Convertible Bungee Sling
    Solar Tactical MFER magwell funnel
    Tromix oversized bolt handle
    Krebs Custom Mk VI Selector
Krebs Custom UFM KeyMod Handguard LONG Version
Fortis manufacturing SHIFT Grip Short Version
Haley Strategic KeyMod light mount with Elzetta Bravo 650 lumen light
PWS FSC older version of the 556, bored out for 7.62 ---> Maadi came with the threads turned down when I got it. Just enough to re-thread it to 1/2 x 28, hence the use of the AR size brake.
    Chaos Titan Rear Rail
    Magpul MBUS backup sights
    Trijicon SRS
Removed the front sight, for now I'm thinking of JB Welding the 2 scars from the sight pins just to make it look better.
Future plan is to cut the barrel back to 14.5", re-thread for 14x1 and pin/weld a Lantac drAKon brake.

That's a Krebs thing. I want to know more about the chaos top cover... How does that work?

It mounts and pivots where the gas tube lock goes. You drive out the regular pin/lever and replace it with the one supplied.
The rear locks over the top of the top cover on the recoil spring button. To keep tension on it so it doesn't move around there are 3 set screws, one on the top, and one on each side.
You snug those down until they make contact with the top cover.

To open the cover you push the top cover lock in and swing the rail up out of the way, and then field strip as normal.
