I believe he is referring to the "voluntary restraint agreement" we reached in 1996 that restricts the import of certain rifles.

I don't think I'm going to be crying that the MP5 clones seem like the only decent 9mm carbines around. (Yea, I know there's the AR15s in 9mm but they look wrong on too many levels.)

Finally! This is something I'm going to be majorly hot for. As I'm sure everyone else will be.

I'd kill for a nice 9mm rifle too. This thing would be perfect for the Pistol Caliber Rifle class at Friday Night Steel.

From what someone told me its more than likely they are sitting on a boat, in the atlanic ,with the rest of our ammo, see my other post I know izhmash, ulyanovsk mfg, etc are going through very hard times with thier recent financial situations, and there is no way they want to put sales off at all. They cant afford to.
So im sure the situation is that they are ready,
but will they come?

Yeah I've been patiently waiting for that 9mm AK but now with the sanctions I don't think we will ever see one that's a real saiga. I'll buy one in a heartbeat if theyre ever availible.

I'm pretty sure you can get in a European airport duty free store. Just remember to buy it one hour before departure.
