AAR:Season 4: SUN, 24 MAR 2013 NWI Meet & Shoot

I went to only one event last year, I regret not going to more terribly. Me and my two buddies had an awesome time at the range. We hadn't had this much fun shooting since we shot my AK-74 for the first time. I want to thank KLB for letting me shoot his suppressed M&P 22 and M&P 15 , subltesixer03 for letting shot my favorite handgun ever the BHP , Repeter77 for letting me use his SCAR , the ingoer who let me shoot the Glock 19, and everybody else whose names I can't remember (sorry guys) for a very fun and memorable day.

Sidetracking here a minute since the topic of Canon SLRs came up.

I'm still running with the ef-s 18-55 f3.5-5.6 from my old Rebel XT on my 60D(as well as an EF 75-100, they are awesome KLB)

I want a prime and another, better zoom lens. Any recommendations?

And why does it seem like there are no camera stores around here.

Just another standard zoom. They have a 28-135mm I might go for, or save for the 24-105 L lens

The 24-105L is an excellent lens.

There's plenty of info on POTN for everything Canon.
