AAR:Season 4: SUN, 19 MAY 2013 NWI Meet & Shoot

Just starting the thread. More poop to shovel.

I had a blast. I came with my brother, cousin, and god brother. We shot some suppressed pistols, I shot a 1911 for my first time, and shot the S&W Model 500. We took my AK and Ishapore 2a1. Both were out of ammo quickly, wish I had brought some more. Can't wait for the next shoot

Got stuck at a union contract vote and was extended to June 2nd for another vote. From the pictures at the shoot, glad I still have all my blood intact.

This was a great meet. Lot of good folks having a good time. I have been wanting to shoot an M1 Garand all of my life. Today that dream came true. What a nice piece of history it was. It felt so RIGHT and handled like none other. I was impressed to say the least. Had a good teacher and one who understood my position. Someday I will own one of my own. I promised this video link to the special owner of the S&W 500.
