Poor man's way to convert your AR to full auto >>> Insert mag, pull charging handle, slam down energy drink of choice, press trigger.

IMPROTANT: Make sure you slam down the energy drink after you pull the charging handle. Otherwise, if you slam it down beforehand, you might eject all 30 rounds when you go to pull the charging handle.

i use them on long trips, but that's about it. i can't do the sugar in the big energy drinks. as mentioned before, b-vitamins are water soluable, and any not absorbed passes quickly.

I like the affects but makes me have to pee more frequently......I know, TMI. Anyway, I used it while driving and it worked better than No Doz, coffee, etc.

A few months back I tried it for the first time. I had worked a 15 hr day, had 5 hours sleep and did 11 hrs the next day. I usually get by on 6 hours of sleep a night. The 5 Hour Energy made me sane that following afternoon. It works like a charm!

I had a co-worker that lived on these energy drinks. Beyond what anybody would consider proper use.
We worked graveyard shift so he would drink them to stay awake.
He wound up dying of a heart attack at the age of 32.
I can't definitively say this is what caused his heart attack but it does make a person wonder how extended use can affect your health.
I personally don't trust anything designed to alter your bodies natural rhythms outside of a doctors care.
Yes there are things like coffee that give you caffeine but they have smaller doses and have been used for centuries.
IMO if you need to stay awake, try to get better sleep or drink coffee.

The stuff does work well, and you don't have to continually stop as you do when drinking coffee. I use it when falling asleep when riding my bike. :n00b:

Wouldn't trust anything like that for regular or extended use. Add some fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet for healthier results.
