5 Day Waiting Period???

Ugggg.... I need some advice. Now the gun arrived, but he says 'when you get your LTCH call me and we'll set up an appointment'.

Well I want my guns, now. My LTCH is still probably 2-3 weeks away. I'm tired of fighting with this guy, don't really want to get the ATF involved - mostly because I don't need the drama. I'm at a loss.

I'm going to call tomorrow, tell him I'm coming over to fill out the 4473 and that I want my guns... not in 5 days, not when I get my LTCH, now. If he says no - or there is a 5 day wait or some other form of BS, the next call is to my lawyer.

Why did I pick the 1 insane one out of X # of FFL's???

I think the threat of calling the BATF will be more effective than threatening to call your lawyer. EVERYONE makes that threat and rarely do they actually mean it. It is no skin off your back to call the BATF and inform them of what he is doing.
