I have seen a real nice all matching mg34 from europe that was turned into a floor lamp and 4 german 88's that were used as legs for a table.

what is totally crazy all the stuff still here in the us..

how about the 3-4 crates of new grease guns that were found at the old guidelamp factory in indy. last I heard they torched them for parts kits.

Its highly likey that those things would go for at least 30k each if not more for one of these. I know thats what they are asking for original colt manufactured thompsons so these would draw that if not more!

I guess after a major war, the leftover weapons just make the rounds across the planet. The same must be true of the ammunition.

Cold war supplies are still plentiful, as well, and a lot of smaller/poorer nations don't have a standard issue weapon. You'll find a hodgepodge of older M-16 variants, the ever popular AK-47, and even FALs floating around the Middle Eastern militaries.

I don't know where they get the stuff, but in Yemen you can buy an RPG about as easily as you can buy a used scooter.
