Buyer must show IN DL at time of sale and sign bill of sale. To many IL jokers hopping the border lately. All sellers should do their part ensure all sales meet both local and federal laws. Although my parameter for the bill of sale is not law, it is my way of going above and beyound covering both my, and teh buyers rear end and not negtiable.
