Do we know yet how many we are expecting, I have all the ear protection covered, and am going to be putting in the order for the eye protection soon. Do we think if blythes donates 500 rounds of 223 it will be enough, or should I grab a case?

i finally got out and zeroed the rem 308 pss. its very soft shooting with lots of eye relief so if the bigger kids want to shoot it it will be with me.

I thought I pm'd jedi months ago about this. But just to confirm. I'll be bringing a remington bucket of bullets (1400 ish rounds of .22lr), a case of .223 ammo, approx 140 pairs of eye protection (please let me know if we need more), 140 pairs of hearing protection (please let me know if we need more), a case of paper targets, and a case of 12ga ammo.

I also will be a shotgun instructor, but I won't be able to be at that range all day, I do have to take some pictures of the event for write up.

Tim from the Military Arms Channel may also be there.

.22lr ammo list has been updated to reflect the ammo we have.
We have meet our .22lr goal. GOOD JOB ALL!!!

Tomorrow I will work on the food and get a number count on those kids registered.
Off the top of my head we need the following.

Coolers for ice (I habe only 1 right now)
5 gallon "coolers" for water
(@lonehoosier can I borrow your 7 gal and 5 gal for water only; I will use my 5gal for kool aid)
bench rest and or bench bags for the 25 yard for the little ones.

Lastly we are only going to make hot dogs this time to keep it easier on us.
