I was wondering if anyone has any experience with a volquartsen custom drop in trigger kit for a ruger MK III 22/24 or any of their products. This is what the company says about its own product. Complete drop-in kit for the Ruger MKII/MKIII to provide a crisp, clean 2.25lb trigger pull (pull may vary slightly due to factory frame variances). The kit includes our extended bolt release, target hammer, target sear, target trigger w/ overtravel screw, return trigger plunger spring and polished plunger. No stoning required. I would like to know what real people have to say about their products. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I have the complete VQ drop in trigger assembly for my 10/22.... first installed it was a bit stiffer than i would have thought, but after tons of dry firing the thing it evened out and is now a fantastic trigger.... i like them for what they are. then again i wanted a trigger to match my tactical precision rifle so i needed a trigger pull that was in the 2-3 pound range which is why i didnt go with a KIDD which is probably a better trigger... hope that helps

I had no idea VQ made them for the 22/45. I just put one in my 10/22 and I'm very happy with it. Might have to look into putting one in my MkIII, too.

Note, that the kit works for both of the Ruger .22 models and the extended bolt release in the kit will not work on the 22/45 model, it will only work with the MKIII, you don't need it anyway.
