There's a reason that I pretty much only buy Bearded Butcher, for any serious BBQ.I bought some meat church the other day. It smells weird, like preservatives weird. It wasn't as good as texasbbqrub. I'm going to try it again, but, so far, I'm not excited about it.
I really want to try BB Black. There's a reason that I pretty much only buy Bearded Butcher, for any serious BBQ.
That's one of my two go-to seasonings. I use it on pork belly.I really want to try BB Black.
The wife bought some knock off and it wasn't good at all

I cut it in half, and then trim the length to fit on the slicer bed. I make sure to slice across the grain.

Cleaning the slicer is the hardest part, or at least that's what she tells me.
The wife asked me to go help her pick something up yesterday afternoon. It turned out to be my Father's Day gift that came in a little late and I cannot wait to put this thing to use. I'd never ever heard of or seen these models, it sure looks like I'll be using the griddle a lot more frequently moving forward. No more rust!

I've had a Blackstone for a few years now and it was well worth the money for the chicken fried rice alone. The downside has always been the rusty cook top and the grease catch on the back. This Pit Boss seems to address both and reviews are positive. Looking forward to giving it a go.A buddy has one.....outdoor griddles are awesome.
Oh, I never claimed that Bearded Butcher was cheap; just that it was better quality. I was totally just busting chops on the whole "big bucks" thing. Good BBQ is worth it.I’m not so good at math but 5#’s of meat church shipped to me is $56…I checked out your bearded butcher and for 4#’s of most seasonings is $60 with free shipping. So a pound less seasoning AND $4 more expensive for your bearded butcher. But like I said my math skills ain’t no good. Hey for $80 you can get a super cool bucket!!

Nice!I upgraded last weekend. I went from a rusted out 2010 Spirit E210 to a 2007 Genesis E310
It's a bit old, but in near perfect shape with newer burners, and upgraded stainless grates and bars... plus, I got it for 1/3 the cost of a comparable new model. The only thing it needs to be perfect is a new emblem for the front of the hood.
Works perfectly. I've already made steak, salmon, brats, and chicken breasts. All turned out perfect.
