Last of the hot peppers. My eyes, mouth and other parts are burning.:

Did up the last of my peppers. I had two 5-gallon buckets full. I froze 2 more gallon bags of cut peppers for a total of 8 gallons of frozen bell-peppers. I froze ~20 stuffed bell peppers for eating later on, and I made one last batch of pepper jelly for a total of about 40 pints of pepper jelly this year.
