If you get enough GMs shooting a major match, there is a potential of moving up by placing above your class percentage

If you are a C class shooter (for instance) and you shoot within 60-74% of the GM (assuming he wins), then you will move up to B class or 75 and up for A class...

To make a short story longer, you can move up without shooting classifiers

well yes and no

actually whatever your total over percentage in the match based on the top shooters can be used as a classifier score.
Doesn't mean you will move up, that really only happens in Area's and Nationals
