    A friend of mine has her father's old 1911 -- he was an intelligence officer overseas, and his issued Colt 1911 has no serial number. We both think this is way cool. :)

    I finally made a pic account

    Here's my Sig Sauer 1911 TacOps TB. I'm so happy with it I don't think I'll ever be parting ways with it. There's only one word to describe shooting it. Smooth. It's like taking a knife and slicing through......well....something smooth.

    Have you fired this suppressed. I am told that a 1911 does not like to be ran suppressed. Just curious. Nice piece by the way...

    Well, I put 85 rounds through it today, and it was simply awesome! That's the first time I've fired a .45, and I was instantly addicted! It was accurate, and controllable, yet it felt like some serious power! I'm probably going to take this one on every trip to the range. I'm now understanding the 1911 thing.
