Thank you. I just hope I keep this one! My track record with keeping 1911s around for very long is not the best.

That's a nice 1911! I know the feeling. Seems like there's just some guns that are a curse for me to own. Whenever I buy a 1911 bills come rolling in, and when ever I buy a DPMS 308 I find out we're having another child.

I have to admit I like the looks of the Remy R1. They have a classic look with some modern enhancements.

Plenty of choices out there. Great guns at pretty much any price range (well, above $500 - $600 anyway)....
