      Does anyone know the history of why the rules were written the way they are? Are they at the sole discretion of the DNR or is it the legislature?

      I'm about to buy a lever gun and wanted to get a 30-30, because it is the most popular round in the U.S. I'm reading the regs on the DNR site and 30-30 doesn't seem to be allowed. What the heck? :xmad:

      My home owner's association would be by within the hour to take down the sign - no signs allowed. (Note to self: next house - no HOA). They have a room with at least 30 signs in it that they confiscated - mostly Realtor signs, where they placed more than one in the yard.
