      Similar interaction for me with a local attendant here on the southside of Indy. I go and see her from time to time to get a midnight snack and she appreciates the fact I keep her safe throughout my short stay.

      my steak was bloody, and my beer "orangy", on a side note, that had to be the best blue moon I've had anywhere in a long time although my friend's steak was well done, and the server had to ask 3 times if he was sure that's what he wanted

      the one time I ever believed a panhandler was when they offered to give me any of their possessions they had with them for enough gas money to get home. I still didn't give in, but my female friend got all emotional and gave them money.

      Carrying and Alcohol

      I generalized. To be specific, A couple beers would be a beer with my appetizer, and possibly another beer with my entree. If I drink more than that, I am at a bar, and not carrying regardless. Fortunately I set my own limits before arriving at the destination, and have yet to test that limit.
