I have a chance to pick up a new Ruger sr1911 Talo with rail at I think, a really good price, ($650). I don’t know much about 1911’s but have always had good luck with Rugers and have wanted a 1911 for awhile.
does anyone have experience with this model? I can’t find much on the Talo rail...
I’ve been an MGO member since 2010 and they do have this rule, granted it’s a ten post rule, but still. You’ve been a member here since 2016 and only have 34 post. So clearly your not an active participant. I’ve move a lot for work and I’ve joined forums in many states, the ones with no rules...
thats the point. These trucks aren’t made for people looking to save money. Due to volume the incentives and prices on full size trucks will almost always be a better deal. But to the guy who lives in a city where parking is premium, having a smaller truck that can still allow for the weekend...
In 2006 I bought a $20 Timex Ironman at the PX on Parris island. 12 years and a few deployments laters it’s beat up but still works like a charm. It’s been retired now, but I’ll never get rid of it. I have a Rolex submariner I wear pretty much 365 days in all conditions, but I also have a Casio...
Nails are good. I’m leaning towards the cleaning product. My mother in law was in town over the weekend to help my wife get the house together best we just moved, and she is a super cleaner....I’m betting that is the cause because the time line is perfect.
I have the lower and I just bought the Upper from psa and it should be here tomorrow. It’s not a priority build, but when I get around to finishing it, I’ll let you know.
I have a black lab who is 10 months old.
we brought him home at 8 weeks, and we have always had multiple floor surfaces in our house, tile, wood, carpet.
out of nowhere starting a day or two ago, he is terrified of the tile floor in our mud room, where is food, water, and bed is located. He is...
not the company I work for so can’t help there...but regardless, dealer trades are pretty standard practice. And I agree the vast majority of drivers are old retired guys, usually who worked in the auto industry. Don’t worry about it.
If you’re concerned, Depending on your time frame, have...
Dealers trades happen hundreds of times every day, it’s totally common practice. The dealer either trades the vehicle for another vehicles, or buys it from the other dealer, at no charge to the customer.
The price the dealership gave to you will stay the same all things being equal..now if the...
I recently purchased 3 “blem” lowers from PSA through one of their stupid deals that basically gave them away for free. They are considered blems but I can’t find anything wrong with them.
whats interesting, is that the 3 lowers are consecutive serial numbers. Do the serial numbers get added...
Gloves?! Hell I put a little hoppe’s 9 behind my ears every time I go out on the town.......but seriously, never gave it a second thought, I’ll have to pick up a box.
Look at Cole Haan. They have a line with Nike and are super comfortable but may look a little casual for some. Johnston and Murphy also make some really comfy dress shoes.
Tons of video on YouTube. Blood will wash right off the outside of the car. Or you could get a tarp, wrap that sucker up like Billy Batts in the trunk.
