Hi all.
I'm looking for a Nagant revolver. It's not an emergency or something I just must have, I just want to have one in my collection if someone is willing to part with one at a reasonable price.
I'm in South Bend area. Can travel within a reasonable distance.
Don't know if it was just some anomaly or not, but when I moved to IN last year and applied for LTCH, I could not apply for a lifetime one. Wasn't even an option. 4 years only. Maybe it was a fluke, but still...
I personally have never had any such issue with my 2 veprs. If it happened to you, it can happen to someone else. Maybe this isn't AK platform specific, but it's never a bad idea to exercise caution, be safe, and check your firearm. I just don't see what the argument is about.
This is really weird. On one side, it tumbles the bullets, but on the other hand, the energy transfer would basically be 100%, turning soft tissue into mince. Hmmmm...
I live 2 blocks from that place and I love it. The wait times are indeed really long sometimes, but it's not because they're ignoring you, but because there are so many people. If you come when it's not busy, it's quite fast. I got friendly, or at least on first name basis, with a couple of guys...
I just picked up another vepr about 4 weeks ago. Brand new, made in 2017. So i guess they do still somehow import them. If you get one, you won't regret it. They're excellent.
