      I did L1 fingerprints and paid my local on Feb.24th. Haven't gotten anything yet but I'm optimistic that it won't bee too long since it seems that most are getting them turned around pretty quickly. I will let everyone know once I get mine in the mail.

      Thanks everyone for the input...it seems that 45 guys love 45's and 9mm guys love 9's...I have two buddies (one with 45 and the other with the 9). I was able to get both of them to meet me at the range for lunch and the verdict is in...i'm going with....drumroll please..........the 9mm. Funny...

      I've shot a lot of 9mm and 45's and am pretty darn good with both, however, those were on full size pistols. I think you all have convinced me it would be wise to go with the 9mm. Thanks all for your feedback!
