      Inexpensive fun to shoot gun?

I think the next cheapest from the .22 (other than .25) is 7.62-39mm, go get an AK or a you can get a SKS for under 300!

      Marlin Golden 39a Mountie

A friend of mine has one of these, its a Golden 39A Mountie with serial #S228xx, it has the rifle stock and golden trigger. I know these are worth a good amount, my question is there a more valuable model for this year, and is there an add on accessory to look for that would make it worth more?

      Building a 100yr aniv. Colt 1911

I have taken it to a few 1911 experts and they said it might be a "lunch box" gun. Made from parts taken by workers building these in arsenals back in WW1 and 2. The frame doesn't have serial numbers on it, has inspectors markings but everything else was destroyed. My police buddy said I...

      Winchester Model 70

I recently purchased a 30-06 and from what I have read the Winchester 70 is arguably the best all purpose rifle ever made. I wanted to know what everyone thought about the 70

      Building a 100yr aniv. Colt 1911

I inherited a vintage Colt 1911 recently and I am restoring it. I have done a lot of research on this and have learned a lot. It has a pre 1913 slide in great shape. The receiver has issues, but it fires perfect. I have ordered a Sarco frame (Rock Island) and trying to win a ebay auction for...
