Thanks guys!
Yes, they can be called numerous times if you're doing things right but there aren't many folks doing that.
This morning I called a family group up for the 3rd time this season. Killed one of them the first trip, missed one at 100 yards on the 2nd trip, and killed all three...

Thanks,
Sure it's a flat shooter but there are dozens of flat-shooting options out there. I've killed a LOT of coyotes with flat shooting .223 / .204 and so forth but the 22-250 just offers an extra "commanding" punch on coyote sized game even when shot placement isn't the greatest.
My $0.02
Coyotes are coyotes, day or night, they'll come to the right stand. Rabbit distress kills more coyotes than any other sound, October-March. I call loud because coyotes don't come to what they don't hear. Until they've focused their attention on something it's amazing what they...

Cyprant - Seems to be a range of $400-$1,000 to have a full mount done.
shadow- The black & white were both taken in the dark.
Ghuns - I've shot half a dozen reddish ones over the years, sold most of them to taxidermists. Never had one mounted for...
I've called and killed coyotes from a variety of color phases over the years but lately I've collected a pair of good "book ends" for my mantle.
Last December I called up a family group and managed to kill this "white" female in Southern Indiana...
A couple weeks ago, just a few miles...
Twangbanger & AGarbers,
Interesting information. I agree with the vast majority of your observations but still have my own reservations about the feral hogs in Indiana. The points about a hogs intellect, senses and private land hideaways are valid… but if their populations were fairly strong...
He was just outside Tunnelton and I believe that was over 10 years ago, had over 30 head. Hogs swim deep canals in Florida daily so I doubt they had to wait for a dry summer to cross. So... why aren't there 25,000 in the region by now? I live 10-15 miles as the crow flies... where are they? I'm...
I hunt coyotes extremely hard on vast portions of land that frequently come up in these discussions about feral hogs. I've never seen any legitimate evidence of hogs with my own eyes. The only direct contact I've had with a person that claims to have laid eyes/hands on a feral hog in Indiana is...
Thanks, hope everyone enjoyed the content. Those who sat through one of my seminars probably understand why I rarely partake in coyote calling discussions online these days. What works and what sells aren't always one and the same.
