I got my wife the same gun, pink frame and all, for Valentines day. Her sister is extremely jealous of the highly fashionable Sig. Happy wife = happy life :)
Congrats, I hope it serves you both well.
If what the OP said is true, then M&P's certainly don't suck. They might blow, but they definitely don't suck. ;)
Mine neither sucks nor blows, it just goes bang.
Very nice thread, Scutter. I enjoyed the recipies and food pics. Nothing wrong with knowing how to cook! If I had to rely on my wife to prepare a good meal, I would have to eat out daily ;)
Thanks for posting this! I've been looking for a couple more 15 round mags for my SP2022, and nobody has had them in stock for months.
Now, if only I could find some 17 rounders for my M&P...
Pretty much this. They're not a massive shop, and I think the recent uptick in gun sales is taking somewhat of a toll on their ability to be as responsive as they would like to be.
I've purchased many firearms from IGS and really like using them when possible. Just have a little patience...
Congrats on the M&P, OP. I brought one home last week (no safety) but haven't taken it out yet. The trigger is slightly gritty, but i really like the way it feels in my hand. I hope it serves you well :)
Good luck finding additional magazines!
I stopped by Hoosier Arms yesterday and picked up a 32rd magazine and 50rd drum for my daughter's 10/22. The owner and who I'm assuming is his wife were very friendly, and I will definitely swing by there again when I'm in the area. I didn't have too much time to look around but I did spot a...
I never knew there was a gun shop in Bowling Green, IN. My long time friend from High School lives about two blocks from Hoosier Arms (per Google Maps), and I'm heading down there this weekend. Looking forward to checking it out and crossing my fingers for some .223.
What ammo did you run through it? I've been holding off for a 9mm Shield, but I might have to just go with the 938 since they are more readily available.
I've had a black MOE 15-22 for over a year. It's been reliable for several thousand rounds and is a favorite amongst friends and family. Both my daughter and wife enjoy shooting it, too. Go for it!
Honestly, I didn't expect to see such an overwhelming response in favor of the lightweight barrel. The low profile gas block, freefloating rail, and lightweight barrel of the 6720 make the rifle seem different enough from my SP6920 that I'm really intrigued by the rifle and am starting to lean...
