This is easy for me to say as i got mine last month (4 month wait) but maybe they would get more done during the day if they answered less phone calls ;)
During my 4 month wait time i called once, i think at around 90 days, it accomplished nothing :(
I have been registered for 3 months at over 10 sites to be notified when they come in stock. Not once.
Finally broke down and started watching gun broker everyday, got one at a buy it now price $55.
As with most of these, this incident has nothing to do with a firearm. This crazy fool would have accomplished her ghoulish work by whatever means necessary. :(
Thanks everyone for the help. I am going to contact Colt and Rogers to see what they will do. In the mean time I went to Menards and grabbed a "tension pin" 1/8 x 1. It fits really well and I think it will actually hold up better than the plastic one... 29 cents!
My wife was messing with my rifle, and somehow she managed to break a pin out of the stock lock. I have searched high and low on the internet and cannot find a mention of this happening let alone how to fix it or what part or where to get it.
I really don't want to replace the entire stock...
Not sure on the model differences, however keep in mind, you will need to buy good ammo to cycle the pistol. My wife was ready to take hers back, 1 in 5 ftf, fte, etc...
After doing a little snooping, we tried some diff ammo and the pistol performs flawlessly.

This is what happened to my friend a few weeks ago, she had 3 fte in 30 rounds. I fired her glock with no problems... Told her what she was doing wrong, and it seemed to help a little bit.
On a side note, my xdm goes boom limpwrist and all :P
I went to Family Indoor Shooting range, they have both available for rent. I went with the XDM beacuse I liked the way it felt.
Went out shooting last week with a friend, she brought her glock, it fte 3 times in 30 rounds...
400 rounds through the xdm and not one issue, its dead on outta...
I have already stopped giving this place my business. The owner is foul mouthed and rude. He treats his employees like pieces of dirt. They no longer receive any of my money...
So if I'm understanding YOU right, we have the right to carry, but an owner of a restaurant does not or should not have the right to ask you to leave for whatever reason he wants?
If its my business I may toss someone out for having pink hair, this is as much my right as it is my right to...
