This is a perfect example. You have something to sell, lots of people want it. Why on earth would you sell it for less than what people are currently paying for it? No sir it is not gouging even if you get 50x what you paid for it. To sell it for less than what folks are paying for it does not...

This isn't entirely true. It would be easy to "pose" on this board as someone or something you are not. Never trust the other side of the line, be it a phone, internet, or some other future thingy yet to be invented, you never know who is REALLY on the other end.

IF your talking basic things needed for survival, food, water, etc... then yes, there should be a law against profiting on others misfortunes. If your talking about an AR15, this is a luxury item and the buyers set the price.
