I may be reading the chart wrong but I think it says that KY is a no go state for either. However, both silencers and machineguns are legal in KY. I think I'm reading the chart right.
Yay! So I can now take the stock off my 20" HBAR and shoot it as a pistol! Or I can take my AR pistol lower and put my 16" upper on it and then throw a stock on the pistol tube.
Wait, this is all a little pointless I'm thinking. ha ha.
I have one and recommend giving it a thousand round trigger job. That will probably loosen everything up to where it will work easier. This sounds tighter than mine was when I first got it though.
When using all 4 positions it seems to produce quite a bit of rounds with bulged bases. This is 40cal I'm dealing with. If I were starting over i would seriously consider going with something else, but depends on intended purpose like everything else I guess.
I've been rocking a Dillon 550 for pistol rounds for 20 years but when i'm loading match ammo I only use 2 out of the 4 case slots on the shell plate. This seems to give me less friction or something somewhere and results in less rounds that fail to pass the chamber test.

I think its the Gun Control Act of 68 makes it illegal to sell handgun ammo to peeps under 21 like other posters said. In my experience Walmart first asks you the question if it's for a handgun. Then they would ask for your ID. Maybe if they just recognized that the customer was like 50...
I rock an AR, Benelli M3 super 90, and a Para P-16 limited. However, I think most people roll with glocks, XDs, M&Ps, etc for pistol. For shotties you see a lot of 870s and moss pumps, etc. Just need something with longer mag tube. For rifles most people roll with ARs but I've seen AKs, M1A...
Need to sell my slot to the Rockcastle AR15.com 3-Gun match as I will not be able to attend. The match is sold out and was during the first day of open registration. The slot is for the Amateur division. Cost is $125. That was my cost.
Amateur division shoots August 26 and 27 with prize table...
