      Just make sure to run a credit check on the person or persons that you are renting to. You can do so online for a small fee. Would not hurt to run a back ground check as well.       Sure enough...Just checked my LTCH and the signature line was blank. Glad I read this, don't even think I checked it before I stuck it in my wallet. Would it have been invalid had it not been signed (I just signed it as not to forget)

      Good to know. I looked up a site online that said the Ill and Ohio are 2 states that do not honor Indiana LTCH. I travel back and forth to Tennessee and I was looking to see if I would be OK to take it with me and it turns out that Kentucky and TN both recognize IN LTCH so I am covered there.:draw:
