I dont think so. I applied 1-7-13 and was able to schedule L1 1-8-13. I received a confirmation email from ISP on 1-10-13 stating that my application and electronic prints had been received.
This just pisses me off to no end. I have NO, ZERO, NADA, record of any kind. Never been to the police station, never questioned, never detained. No illnesses, no medications. I L1'd back on 1-8-13. It should NOT take 14 plus weeks for ME to get my freakin License. I did everything right...
No. I am perfect. My complete lack of a police record proves beyond ANY doubt that I am incapable of making a trivial mistake such as incorrectly filling out a form.

We can still complain together.
Thursday will be my 14th week. Sure am glad I forked over the extra dough for the expedited L1 service. Money WELL spent!!!
It is probably my record that is holding it up. It is so clean they are probably thinking that I dont really exist, because no...
This is getting to be funny, or sad, not sure which one.

Today marks 9 weeks for me. Marion County. Applied online and paid with credit card 1-7-13. L1 prints on 1-8-13. Also paid my local PD (Lawrence) in cash on 1-8-13. Clean record. Nothin yet :(

Yep. Back then it was called PARENTING. Now it is called Child Endangerment, or Child Abuse or some other stupid term that prevents kids from getting the snot knocked out of them by their parents or when they deserve it.
42 years old. Always hunted with my dad in my teenage years, but never owned my "own" gun. Went to college, got married. Wife is not a big fan of "guns in the house". Last November I decided to hell with it all and purchased my first pistol. My reasoning is simple. I am smart a guy that...
Let's see, bad guy reportedly driving a dark grey Nissan. Police shoot innocent people in a blue Toyota. Nice. So we have gone from a society of "innocent until proven guilty" to "shoot first, ask questions later (if still alive)." No wonder DHS has ordered 1 billion plus bullets. I think...
I feel the same way. Until there is significant Tort Reform of our civil justice system, I am not all that inclined to be the "hero" if it requires drawing my gun, let alone firing it.
