      A new handgun

I thought it could be fired; you just need to pull six triggers at the same time to do so.

      Price gouging

I'll take six of one and half dozen of the other. :)

      Price gouging

The way I see it, it's easy to have principles when they don't affect oneself. Yes, I am being a bit cynical today.

If you could rephrase the Second Amendment...

Just out of curiosity, why would you eliminate the 9th? Are you saying that the only rights we should have are the ones that the states deem to be allowed? I agree. I have a hard time seeing how "the people" of the 2nd are not the same "the people" of the other nine.

      Ammo hoarding

I told my wife that when this situation is over, I was going to make a stockpile that will make her eyes roll. Oddly enough... she rolled eyes at that.

      Are you angry at me?

If they did that, they would no longer be politicians. :D

Town of Hebron, IN, to restrict public protest

I invite you to read Federalist Paper #84 (if memory serves me). The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were not intended to be an enumeration of what rights we do or do not have.

      Ammo hoarding

I am not passing blame here. It is a observation based on various comments I've seen over the years on the Internet. This forum is no different. Just what am I supposed to take away from some of the comments in the other threads concerning newbies? Maybe I'm missing the point. So, you...

Town of Hebron, IN, to restrict public protest

SCOTUS has already said Westboro can keep doing what they are doing. I'm of the mindset of "I might not like what you say, but I'll defend your right to say it." <devil's advocate>At the end of the day, this not unlike what was done with Bush II's protesters. If it was okay then why not...

      Ammo hoarding

There is always going to be people who are "I've got mine and the grasshoppers and newbies need to be taught a lesson." That's the Internet for you. I'm pretty much in the same boat. At this time last year, I did not have a firearm. Of course, I didn't stockpile as I did not even know what...

      Getting enough posts to comment!!!

Then there is no hope for me.

      Seriously?

Chili dog is the be best. If not available, good old mustard and catsup works. :evilangel:

3D Printed AK Magazine in Development by Defense Distributed

Most of the 3D printers out there are leased and those leases typically have a clause that forbid the printing of weapons. If I remember correctly, this group had a printer revoked from them for that reason.

Pricing is not just supply and demand

Some things I would like to point out. :twocents: The Fed is ran by bankers. All of the money printed by the fed goes to the banks.

      List of Indiana Gunsmiths

I am looking for a gun smith in the Avon/Plainfield/Mooresville area (if needed I can travel). I have a couple of rifles that need some attention by an expert. One has a spot of rust on it that I need fixed and would like both of them inspected to make sure there isn't any other problems...

      Ammunition buying survey

Bought my first gun in August and was planning on building a cache slowly over the year (extra box here; extra box there). Newbie mistake. LOL. Pretty much resigned to the fact that I probably won't be firing at all this year. :(
