You'll change your mind about the mossberg once you start doing things with your shotgun like slug chang over drills.
Remington 870s are just easier to manipulate.
Watch the magpul shotgun dvds and you'll see why.
This is why I have a thumb safety on my M&P.
I work in an ER guys, I know the risks. I have thumb safeties (or grip) on all of my guns.
If you can't disarm a thumb safety on the draw under pressure, then perhaps guns aren't for you.
If you manage to shoot yourself in the leg with a thumb...
Thanks for all the kind words and rep guys! It's always good to know your work is appreciated!
I just hope this post really got people to think about what a traumatic ordeal a gunfight is and what they're truly willing to get into one over.
Everyone's "line in the sand" will be different, and...
Well. Appendix carry claims another one guys. I've been rocking my M&P 9mm up front with a comptac 2 o'clock holster for a couple weeks now and it's AWESOME.
Nothing like carrying a FS M&P and your friends who know you carry have no clue you're armed. I can FINALLY access my gun when...
For the life of me I'll never understand why people think that OC or CC is the "best" way to carry.
It really boils down to circumstances and what you're comfortable with.
OC= faster on the draw, conversation starter, and getting Americans used to seeing guns again
CC= not tipping your...
Hmm perhaps I'll order one just for a back up.
I have a feeling I'll be shooting my M&P a ton...
BTW I've found that the M&P 9mm goes out of battery easily in comparison to my previous guns. You sure the spring wear has gotten that bad or is the M&P just being the M&P?
Either way it doesn't...
Glad you're alive buddy. I'm sure you will honor it if you ever have the opportunity.
You guys have it about right. I'm not an expert on hospital billing, as I work the clinical side, but basically it's kinda complicated. I used the 80% rule that the billing people gave me (I talked to the...

How many gun fights have you been in Kirk? I didn't realise you had this experience.
Hahahaha. Haven't you ever seen South Park???;)
Also, I added one more consequence. Retaliation.
There are a lot of misconceptions and myths surrounding violent crime and real life gun fights. I thought that today I would provide a sobering reminder of the reality of what you face should you find yourself involved in a violent encounter.
The Victims:
According to the Bureau of Justice...
I'm not gonna lie. At first Yeager annoyed me... but he's starting to grow on me now.
I may disagree with some of the stuff he says, and I might have a different philosophy on gear...but by in large you're not going to get killed doing what he teaches. His "advertizement through notoriety" rubs...
Take notice of where this happened. MD. Super liberal communist state.
With the cultures of the different regions of our country becoming so vastly different, I have to wonder if America will exist as the giant nation it is today 20 years from now.
Right now all that keeps us together is...
Dude, I must have caught that same disease. I always had been around 1911s because my grandfather and my uncle had always owned them, yet I had always owned polymer guns (with the exception of my 92fs). Then, some point after my training level hit its previous peak, I suddenly started...

I've got a lot of guns. My family has a lot of guns. Not one of uses or ever have owned one. Perhaps it's a family/personality thing, but I personally hate them, have always hated them, and will continue to hate them. Bleck.
:puke:
That...
