Same here. Graduation and the receptions held by the school this weekend were the largest events I'd been at in awhile. Even though I knew a lot of the folks there, I still boogied out very quickly. I just don't do crowds very well.
I saw the one out of the TH post (at least I think he was out of the TH post . . . it looked like the same one that was pictured in the Tribune-Star) in action today when he had a semi pulled over where 40 meets I-70. Definitely would have a hard time spotting it if he hadn't had someone lit...
Another +1 for spikes
I can't wait until I'm living about an hour from them . . . I'm planning on taking advantage of picking up some lowers and a .22LR conversion kit from them.
I'll be able to tell for sure when I drive it down to Sellersberg for the IN Sectional match, but my last fillup with the new Crown Vic got me 20mpg (19 gallon tank, never run it below half). I'm curious to see what it will get with just pure highway.
Just kills me trying to keep the foot out...
I got jack . . . parents claimed me on their taxes for the stimulus/education credits. Then didn't get any "stimulus money" for either myself or my brother.
So I didn't get anything, they didn't get anything for me. I'm still seething about that . . .
Not a Sycamore, I'm a Fightin' Engineer ('08 Mech. Eng) :D
I just come from a family where my mom, dad, aunt, uncle, and brother go/went there . . . but I have been known to sit in with their band for Brickyard weekend. :D
Nope, one location was a block away from ISU's campus and the other was just built in a new strip mall on the south side of town.
I was told it was a franchise violation of some sort that got them shut down. Really made me sad as JJ was my Saturday night dinner of choice at least 1-2 times a...
There's a Subway in my Residence Hall and my meal plan is good there for dinner on weeknights, so you can probably guess which I eat at most (though, I doubt I'll eat there at all after I graduate).
My favorite was always Jimmy John's, but they closed up here in Terre Haute. Penn Station is my...
Springfield has said there are no further product announcements for the future. Looks like 40 is it. I'd almost be willing to be this release is geared more to the "gun games" since they bumped up the capacity on the 40 version (I'm betting it's a true double stack now), 4.5" Match barrel, all...
+1 Suppressed .22's are fun and definitely Hollywood quiet . . . wish we could have them in Illinois, the squirrel/chipmunk problem wouldn't be near the problem at our house that it is.
I initially started pursuing my mechanical engineering degree because I wanted to work for Cat or Cummins. I decided to pursue the firearms industry after getting involved with the gun club on campus.
Hey, that's my current stomping grounds.:D
The link in my signature has contact information for the range owner, though it might be tough to get ahold of him right now since we're getting into farming season. It's a nice range and the one thing the range owner doesn't tolerate is stupidity on...
