    Why I just got a Escort 8500 recently..... :)

I do not speed much at all, I try to use cruse and never go over 7 over. But in some places even 7 over is too much, so I got one to be safe. I have not been pulled over in 11 years and would like to keep it that way.

If I get caught it will be in some stupid 30mph zone that I do not realize is so low. Freeways I'm not worried about.

Worst of all is the stupid motorcycles, there are 4 separate city and state motorcycles here and they are hard to spot.

At one time I thought they also used Camaros and I know they've had Mustangs in the past.

Its nice to know that they are all painted black.

they actually arent all black...they are all different colors.

i think unmarked cars are stupid...:xmad:

Remember the "for sale" signs they used in the windows of the Mustangs? A trooper buddy said they dumped the stangs years back and got the camaros because they were being out run from a dead stop.

With fuel at $3.99 they better get some escorts or something!!!

I saw the one out of the TH post (at least I think he was out of the TH post . . . it looked like the same one that was pictured in the Tribune-Star) in action today when he had a semi pulled over where 40 meets I-70. Definitely would have a hard time spotting it if he hadn't had someone lit up. Silver, tinted windows . . . looks like a stock GT.

I've known they were getting them since june of last year, they were basically drawing straws at pendleton to see who got theirs. Madison county has an older(04) unmarked GT. The last marked z28 died inbetween mt vernon and evansville chasing a turbo mustang, apparently those lsx's die hard when the serpentine belt comes off at 120+

I personally like the unmarked cars, as its easier to get people....

oh, just a warning, your passports and V1's are only going to work if the trooper is actively gunning anyone and everyone, they can clock you before you get the warning...

im assuming your a cop. unmarked cars are dumb because its easy for people to fake being a cop. why do cops need unmarked cars to do the job?

most cops leave their radar on while clocking on the interstate, so my v1 does a great job (not that i speed much anymore beside occasional pulls on the interstate)

oh and cops have no need going 120+ in a b4c camaro. i know how a stock camaro handles at that speed, and they are just risking others lives. cops have radios for a reason so use them. hell everybody thinks that you cant outrun radios anyways :n00b: a stock auto camaro cant keep up with a turbo mustang so that way a waste of gas and dangerous to other motorist trying to keep up.

I doubt the guy knew what he was after when he gave chase, and from what I remember, the vette that was racing the mustang was caught. are pursuit vehicles useless? heck no, ask some indyhp guys, they've outrun the departments communication capabilities before...:hijack:

Well I spotted one yesterday. It was about 0820 on northbound 465 between 71st and 86th(I think that is the road name) He had a car pulled over with a tow truck hooking up the car.

It was a blue GT with plenty of lights on it. It had the upper windshield lights, grill lights and backwindow along with side window lights. other than the lights it looked just how they said a plain GT. I was expecting to see just black GT's but i guess any GT with tinted windows maybe a police car.
