PSA by far but with one Caveat

Make sure to get their "premium" FN barrels as those are some of the best barrels you can get for the money.

Get their completed upper with the premium CHF FN barrel and get a stripped lower and put in a better trigger then the crunchy crappy airsoft grade milspec triggers they include

If you want to build more in depth then slapping a completed upper on a lower though I recommend stepping up the barrel to faxon or ballistic advantage or even criterion. The barrel is the heart of an AR and it determines both accuracy and also reliability due to gas port size since it's an open gas system.

You put a good barrel (and bolt) along with a good optic on an AR with otherwise crappy parts that are still in spec and that gun will shoot like a house on fire and run great

I've had no issues with my PSA premium with FN barrel. Mostly fired steel cased ammo, squirted some WD40 and white lithium grease every few hundred rounds, and I don't remember when that last time I fully cleaned it.

However, I had a friend who got a nitrided PSA that wouldn't cycle steel reliably and I remember we spent hours trying to remove a steel case in the chamber. Multiple cleaning rods were destroyed that day.
