You a rifle or hand gun person?

More a rifle person myself but not sure why. Like the challenge of hitting a target from far away rather than up close and personal I guess. Have more long guns than hand guns also. Dunno.

Always thought I was a handgun person, that was all I owned. I bought an AR-15 about 3 weeks ago and have been to the range 4 or 5 times with it already. Not sure now, maybe a both type person ?

I shoot my handguns much more than my long guns, but I shoot them all and like them all. Last week it was .45 and 9mm handguns and some skeet with my 12 gauge.

Gun love in my family comes from hunting, so long guns are preferred. I'm probably more open to the target shooting for the fun of it than the rest of them, which is why I'm probably the first one of us that will own an AR.
