XD Mod 2

I looked at one yesterday and it felt good in my hand, the "Grip Zone" text notwithstanding. The balance, albeit unloaded, felt good. I currently have an XDs .45 ACP and the grip on this is a little wider being a double-stack magazine. I didn't have the chance to shoot one yet but I'm thinking of buying one. I was at Tim's Academy in Westfield and they were asking $509.

I have shot a Shield, but the single stack is so different from the full size M&P that my grip changes drastically. Maybe need to try the Mod 2 and start saving some pennys...

Blythes in valparaiso had one. Big improvement over the XD but not thrilled with the "grip zone"
